electric control valve consists of two parts-- 38110l or 9610l type electric actuator and single inner valve assembly. there is a servo amplifier in the 3810l type electric actuator, it receives standard signal 4~20ma (d.c). the actuator is the drive device. its drive force is the electric power. so the motor can bring along the decelerator to produce axial thrust. the axial thrust makes the core of the valve move. in that case, the thrust is outputted. the valve is the regulating device. it contacts directly with the medium to adjust its flow rate. the valve body is of compact structure. the fluid flow passage is s-type. the depressurization loss is low. the flow rate is large. the measuring range is wide. the accuracy of the flow curve is high. it accords with iec534-1-1976 standard. the guide area of the core of the valve is wide. the vibration resistance is good. the leakage of the valve seat meets anst b16.106. the valve is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power plants and other industrial sectors.
