Buku ini akan terbit pada tanggal 18 Mei 2007, agak lebih cepat dari jadwal sebelumnya yang menargetkan tanggal 31 Mei 2007. Walau belum terbit, buku ini sudah bisa dipesan lewat toko buku Amazon seharga USD 99, harga yang cukup (sangat?) mahal bagi sebagian besar orang Indonesia. Sebagian isi buku bisa dibaca pada salah satu bab (pdf).
